The founder of Sustainable Surplus, Sue Prelozni, will be
speaking at the California Retired Teachers' Association luncheon on
Monday, January 28. The meeting of Division 45 of RTA will cover important
issues such as pensions, legislation and insurance.
Collaborating with the RTA seems to be a perfect fit. Over 75% of SSE’s recipients in 2012 were from the education sector.
“We hope that the teachers will help spread the word about
sustainability and encourage their colleagues to participate,” said Prelozni.
